These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "You", "User") and ADSKI OÜ (registration number: 16177539, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tartu mnt 52/1-166, 10115, Estonia) (hereinafter referred to as "ADSKI", "we") regarding the use of the website finmart.co.za, mobile application and all related services, features and content provided by ADSKI (collectively referred to as the "Services").
This Website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") is owned by ADSKI.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or other applicable South African law.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
On our website and application, we provide the following types of services:
Registration and use of a personal account
You can create a personal account on our website to enhance your experience and access additional features. In your account, you can compare loans offered by our partners and save those that interest you. If you delete your account, access to account-based services is permanently removed.
Comparison of loans and other partner offers
Using our website, you can view and compare loan offers and other financial products provided by our partners, based on your preferences and criteria.

In addition to comparison tools, we provide editorial and informational content regarding loans and other financial products. This may include articles, expert-supported materials, and rankings that help users make informed decisions. This content is general information and does not constitute financial advice.
Preliminary application services
You may submit a preliminary application through short forms on our website. Based on the details provided, we may securely transfer your information to selected credit providers so they can evaluate your request and provide preliminary outcomes.
Important: ADSKI is not a credit provider, bank or financial services provider. We do not grant loans, conduct affordability assessments or make lending decisions. Credit agreements are concluded directly between you and the credit provider, which is solely responsible for its decision, the loan conditions and compliance with the National Credit Act 34 of 2005.
Our services are provided free of charge for end users unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. RULES OF USE
Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above.
When using our services, you must not:
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Provide false, misleading, or third-party information as your own.
- Violate third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Use the service for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

ADSKI is not responsible for decisions made by users based on website information. Loan conditions shown on the website are provided by credit providers or collected from public sources and may change; users should confirm them with the credit provider before concluding a credit agreement.
Where links to third-party websites are provided, those websites are controlled by their operators. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, including text, graphics, software, design elements, and databases, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and belongs to ADSKI and/or relevant rights holders.
